1. Fits you well on your own self.
Believe it or not taking care of your body will also help your mental health. Look at your diet! Eating too much food, caffeine is too much protein or too little can negatively affect your emotional health. Train your body will also feel a strong conviction. Simple actions such as walking is proven to connect to your mental health. Get up and move!
Do not forget to sleep! Sleep is an integral part of mental health and perhaps even more important that what you eat. Not getting enough sleep can really change your personality, so to save time work. Down to 8 hours of sleep until the day you can access with better emotional health / mental.
2. Develop good relationships with friends and family.
Felt worse than when you know someone who loves you. Part of it is good to take upon themselves to create and maintain good relationships with others. This is just a way to defend the support system.
Having a support system is like having a wall with people standing on both sides to stand. Sometimes we want to be someone else, but we must be able to support others to us.
3. Doctors follow the instructions!
It may be that you are taking certain drugs. If you are on medication, do not stop drinking without seeking permission from a doctor. Sometimes the drug has two purposes. Some Epilepsy drug may also act as mood stabilizers, so get that mental and physical health damage.
Even if you are the medicines you need, your health worse. If you take medicines for your mental health, remember that it works because you feel OK and not that you do not need medication.
4. Set a goal
If you see the future, do you see yourself in one year down the road. How about 5 years, 10 years? Setting goals gives you something to work, you can see what can be bad enough if you want!
5. Do something for someone else! Do something for you!
You often hear, your five minutes and do something for you. Instead, try for others. Selfish act of caring and generosity can provide you with the emotional baggage that you "kick start" a week.
If you spend too much time doing for others and still have high stress levels, try to do something for you. If you mean something to you that you have a nap, some time alone, on vacation, this action is important to you. Them a chance to recharge your batteries and prepare for the next adventure in life.
